Volumetric Technologies powers the custom liquid filling equipment portion of Excelis. We are based in Red Wing, Minnesota, and for over 33 years, Volumetric Technologies has served the food, cosmetic, and industrial industries by developing and designing custom solutions to serve a variety of customer needs.
Our History
Volumetric Technologies began in 1992, when Tim Piper saw an opportunity with a local customer to design and manufacture the first VT piston filler. Moving from a small garage to a 50,000+ sq ft facility the company maintains its promise to deliver “Fast, Accurate, Tough” filling solutions. By exceeding customer expectations and delivering the best customer experience, VT has made long term relationships with its customer base and still serves its very first customer. Whether you are a large or small operation, we will work with you to design the best solution for your application.

All Volumetric Technologies equipment is 100% designed and manufactured in America, with domestic customer service and support. We are committed to supporting American made products and services because we are an American owned company. Many of our customers provide international products and services as well which also supports the American made philosophy.
